Contact persons

Dr. Reinhard Kaeppel (Managing Director):

As Managing Director, he assumes overall responsibility for OVO Cert GmbH. He is the direct contact for general contract management,  for communication and for OVO Cert GmbH�s corporate strategy and policy.

Jörn Mehrhof (Director of the certification body):

He is responsible for the technical execution and implementation of certification and for all activities within the scope of certification and testing.

Frank Hartmann (Deputy director):

As deputy director of the certification body, he   is responsible for the quality management. He assumes overall responsibility for all activities related to certification, when standing in for the Director.

Regina Boethelt (Office organisation):

She is responsible for coordination and ensures the organisation of audit planning as well as document management.

Valentina Bron (Administration):

She performs OVO Cert GmbH�s administrative tasks and is the contact person for questions regarding invoicing.

Brigitte Schade (Accounting):

She  ensures that the company�s accounts are kept properly while organising the financial management of the certification body. .

Auditors:

More than 25 auditors conduct checks on behalf of OVO Cert. Auditing is conducted by employed  or appointed auditors, as well as trained auditors from sub-commissioned external agencies
